Stress Awareness Day

This year, National Stress Awareness Day (NSAD) will be held on Wednesday 5th November at venues all over the UK.  The event is held to celebrate enabling people beat stress, by raising awareness of stress related issues, and signposting people to a range of support and resources available.   This year's theme focuses on 'stress: the balancing act' and the fact that it is sometimes difficult to keep the balance right in terms of work, play and lifestyle.

To acknowledge and complement National Stress Awareness Day we would like to share with you the following links to useful resources and e-learning material.
