Booking Procedure and Policies

A booking form must be completed for each course. Most of our courses only allow 3 delegates from one establishment to attend on a given date.

We request that managers book their staff on rather than individuals.

Bespoke Sessions

If a number of your staff require the same course we may be able to offer a bespoke session at your establishment. There will be a charge to run these sessions which is available on request.

Please contact learninganddevelopment@walsall.gov.uk for more information.

Before submitting a booking:

Identify the course and date

Booking forms will not be accepted without preferred date(s)

Ensure your organisation gives approval for you to attend

Learning and Development are not responsible for any bookings made without this approval

Read our cancellation policy

Attendance on our courses is free. Non-attendance or late cancellation may incur a recharge to your organisation.
