Extensive experience gained within the public sector. My learning and development career began in an academic setting where I become a qualified teacher/trainer designing and facilitating a range of subjects to varied range of students.
Formerly a Learning and Development Consultant working for Human Resources; I have extensive knowledge and ability in programme design and delivery including apprenticeships and skills for life. More recently dedicated officer working for Adult Social Care leading and supporting on a number of learning and development needs, including work meeting the expectations of the Care Quality Commision and Common Induction Standards.
Qualified in teaching, training and development; I am a qualified coach and mentor accredited by the Institue for Leadership and Management. I hold a series of Assessment and Internal Verification awards and have a long service record of professional membership with the Institute for Learning.
