Extensive experience gained within Human Resources within the public sector. Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualified and a registered user of a range of Occupational ability tests/personality profiling tools. Formerly the HR Business Partner for Adult Social Care and Inclusion and previously managed the Council’s Strategic Recruitment Service and as such has extensive experience of assessment centre design and delivery, development of recruitment and retention strategies, service restructuring and redeployment, worklessness and developing positive action employment schemes for under-represented groups.
Passionate about good customer service and developing staff to deliver excellent outcomes for citizens.
