Coaching and mentoring

The Workforce Development team offers a coaching and mentoring service that supports the enabling of an individual to achieve their full potential, whether working at a senior executive level or just starting out.  Coaching and mentoring provides opportunities for analysis, reflection and action that untimately enables an individual to achieve positive outcomes benefiting both employee and employer.  Many coachees seek coaching for performance enhancement rather than to address performance issues.
